This is a section to illustrate the major renovation work to bring the long-term closed Sannox Hotel on the Island of Arran back to a fully functional amenity with approximately 12 jobs and a new village shop into the bargain.

This is the main starting page for this section. We will be adding further dedicated pages for each of the grand total of 44 different rooms within the building to illustrate the full renovation work that has been brought to 90% completion as of January 2024. We are fast approaching the final snagging list and then fitting-out with brand new carpets + furniture + televisions + wifi.

Meanwhile, for full transparency, here is a copy of the formal Planning Permission that was granted to us from the local authority (with much appreciation from Argyll Group to the local architect and the council officials)…

There is a comfort of knowing that the Sannox Hotel has NO mortgage on it (we ban mortgages). So a major part of rental income goes to our room-owners. Also the island of Arran is the busiest on the west coast…
