The last certificate in this selection is for the High-Net-Worth shareholder initial Sannox Hotel renovation phase.
We don’t mind paying STAMP DUTY ONCE. But to have to pay TWICE is harsh. So the originl ownership utilised Convertible-Bond-Certificates at 99% Bond + 1% Share ratio.
The good news means that our Hotel-Room-Owners do NOT have to pay Stamp Duty on Share Transfer. This is because the DRAFT Share Certificates at 1 to 11 above will be the FIRST issue of these documents.
