Scotslion Ltd (formerly part of the Argyll Group plc) has a long history of renovating a range of buildings. Here are some examples of reofing based on the experience specifically relating to the six lighthouse stations and 18 buildings within these compounds.

Also the very welcome effect that has occurred with gold-standard organisations, such as the Northern Lighthouse Board have leased our buildings and in reciprocation have very kindly arranged the requisite trade accounts for us to obtain the rarely available materials (formulated to withstand extreme weather) as utilised on lighthouse buildings.

We have been allowed to deploy se of those roofing protocols to our non-lighthouse commercial and residential property projects that are outwith the lighthouse system. This has ensured a very high standard and durable, long-term flat roofing system for properties such as our Sannox Hotel project on the island of Arran.
