Since 1990 and continuing through 2025, several friends joined together and we put some of our spare funds into buying closed-down, dilapidated old buildings. Then as an accidentally successful hobby, we renovate and reopened these old buildings. What was supposed to be a one-shop rescue has passed the 50-shop milestone and 203 new jobs have also been created. Plus the occasional lighthouse and exotic building is also included.
