Unique Property For Sale.
In our determination to build a “proof-of-concept” ecological power station to supply electricity for 50 to 500 houses at a 50% discount to current fuel costs, we are selling off some of our spare buildings. This is to help pay to build the first of many new community-eco-power-stations. A cardinal rule is none of our buildings have any mortgages, so it is likely we will only need to sell a few of them to help get electricity prices back down to where they used to be.
