For weddings, birthdays, anniversary celebrations etc.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Formerly The Old Residents’ Bar<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

There were two major problems with this room:-<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

1]. A bad leak and horrendous dampness at the rear wall.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2]. A very inefficient use of space. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The brick built bar meant no ability to use this room for anything other than an oversized, underused drinking space for 6 to 9 guests.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The bar can be seen to be oversized for this room. What is less apparent is the overwhelming smell and feeling of dampness in the air.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

We purchased the Sannox Hotel on the 18th February 2018 and within just a few hours, our original survey was proven correct. The wet wallpaper virtually peeled itself off of the slippery wall. The extent of the damp and mould was self evident…<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
