To Complete The Sannox Hotel Renovation<\/strong><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ideal scenario at (a) Sannox Hotel and (b) Bay Cottage is for a\u00a0new owner<\/span> to project manage the final 10% of building works required and progress the buildings to the day of re-opening and trading again.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

However, the hotel has taken long enough to get this far. It normally takes us 18 months to complete this level of renovation.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The owners of Sannox Hotel, Scotslion Group (formerly Argyll Group plc) are preparing a shortlist of suitable contractors to COMPLETE the hotel renovation works.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

=><\/span> If you are an island contractor<\/span><\/span>, please advise if you have your own van and full, clean driving licence as there are building materials that require to be moved between our mainland depot to Sannox. We can supply a suitable van if required (click here<\/a><\/span><\/span>).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

=><\/span> If you are a mainland contractor<\/span><\/span>, we would anticipate between one and two weeks to get at least 3 of the hotel guest rooms fit to stay in. So accommodation should not be a problem for yoursel and work crew.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
