IMPORTANT NOTE:<\/span> The provisional “Conclusion of Missives”<\/em> date of 11th November 2024 has slipped. This is due to the illogical actions of a likely new and overworked staff member at the Registers of Scotland (RoS = HM Land Registry equivalent).<\/span><\/p>\n

The pandemic caused an understandable 105,638 casework backlog at RoS\/HM Land Registry, evidenced:\u00a0here<\/a><\/span><\/span>, here<\/a><\/span><\/span> and here<\/a><\/span><\/span> (current, official turnaround times).<\/span><\/p>\n

Crucially the Land Registry have an emergency fast-track<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0protocol in place for property conveyances that slip too much: click here<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Around 11th November 2024, the Seller’s solicitor, Hay Cassels remedied the problem (an RoS staffer had apparently and in an unsound manner, changed the purple shaded area on Flat-2 title-plan to red+white diagonal hatching instead of leaving it shaded purple as per the signed Disposition of April 2024). So that hiccup has now been cured ad the April 2024 Registered-Title is as was…<\/span><\/p>\n
